A City Lifestyle in the Desert

Would you like to be able to walk to the movies, bookstore, Starbucks, great dining, a spa; just minutes away from laying by the pool? And for only $129,000? I shot a video yesterday of a great little property in a condo development called Desert Village in Rancho Mirage and it’s directly across the street from The River – my favorite place to go out to when Tracey and I get an adult night out.

It’s a 1000 sq.ft. 1 bedroom condo with a den. The kitchen is very updated and fresh. It has a nice sized living room with a sky light to brighten it up and the back patio is good sized enough to allow for a large circular table with an umbrella.

It could use some paint and there are some funky parts. But I think funky is cool. The den has the ability to convert into a second bedroom with the help of an accordion door and there’s this one closet that has three access doors: from the master bedroom, the bathroom, and the den. Plus the master bathroom has an archway entry and no door. Now none of this has to remain this way. you could change any of it with very little work. your choice.

But the best thing this condo has going for it is location. Everything else can be changed. But the one thing you can never change about your home, is where it’s at. So if you want the resort lifestyle in the heart of the #1 desert city location. This is it.
